Mother’s Day is this coming weekend. Not only is it a day to celebrate mother’s for all that they do to keep the family unit on track, but it also marks what most consider the start of good fishing.
Generally, by the time Mother’s Day hits waters have warmed to make all aquatic life more active. We start getting hatches that actually draw trout to the surface to feed. Bass and other warm water species also become more aggressive in there feeding. Best of all air temps are more in the anglers comfort zone.
We still have a couple guides available for next weekend, so book a trip for mom or your wife and let her know why you love her and want to share another thing that you love with her. We also have gift certificates that you can present to her for a future outing. They’ll never forget the day they learned how to fly fish.
