Jamie Eisenberg

Jamie is an avid fly angler, fly tier, and has recently taken up building custom fly rods.

After spending decades in the food service and teaching culinary arts, she now loves to pass on her knowledge of fly fishing to anyone with a desire to learn.

Her home waters are mainly in Chittenden County Vermont but have extensive knowledge of rivers and streams in Lamoille County and Addison County.

Although her “day job” as co-owner of Poorhouse Pies in Underhill keeps her busy, she manages to spend time on the water just about every day during the regular season.  Brook, brown, and rainbow trout are her target species, yet lake trout and steelhead are her obsession and she will travel for any and all fish in fresh or saltwater.
